I’ve been training with Carlos for a couple of months and I’ve had amazing results. He pushes me and has helped me already reach goals in just a few short months. He explains everything so well and makes sure I start and finish strong. The gym has the best uplifting culture too. Definitely a judgement free zone! I’m happy to have found a great gym home

Been with The Iron Shop since around the end of the year last year 2019. I can honestly say it's become a second home for me. Everyone that comes here is friendly and welcoming it took no time to feel like a part of the family I say family because that's what the shop is a family. Everyone here wants to see the next person hit their individual accomplishments together. If you need someone that's always a text or phone call away and is willing to help you reach whatever goal you have set for yourself ask for Carlos Carter! He knows this journey because he once began and one thing he will let you know this journey is never really over but the goals you achieve are so worth it.
