Me and my husband have been coming to the Iron Shop for a little over a year and to this day it is one of the greatest choices we’ve made. The atmosphere of the whole gym is incredible and everyone is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Not once have a I felt embarrassed about not knowing something, nor have I ever felt uncomfortable. I cannot recommend this gym enough!!

I recently had to move from the DFW metroplex and was so sad to leave my gym home behind. Working out plays a big role in my self-care, so it’s very important to me to have a gym that fits not only my physical needs but my mental and emotional needs as well. I am so grateful that I have found a new gym home with The Iron Shop Gym. This gym has everything I need for my workout program and more! Not only is the gym equipped to accommodate different work out styles, but it also has immaculate vibes! Every time I work out there I am surrounded by the most caring individuals who take my needs into consideration while trying to reach their fitness goals.
